Privacy policy

What we collect

Email subscriptions. If you subscribe to processing-time alerts, we store your email address, the category you follow, and optionally the month you applied. That is the only personal information this site collects, and it is used solely to send you the notifications you asked for.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, country, device type). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Who processes it

Subscription data is stored in Convex (our database provider) and notification emails are delivered through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf to run the service; we do not sell or share your email address with anyone else, and we do not use it for anything except the alerts you subscribed to.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every notification email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can remove your address at any time on the unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing stops all emails; if you want your address fully deleted from our records, open an issue on GitHub or contact the maintainer and it will be removed.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no passwords, no profiles.
• No selling or renting of personal information.
• No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
• No collection of immigration application details — this site never asks for your UCI, application number, or documents.
